Ajapa Yoga
31st / October / 2019
Ajapa Yoga is the original form of Yoga. It is an ancient meditation technique which focuses on the natural sound of breath.
Through training, it is believed that regulating the breath sound through Ajapa yoga can trigger feelings of love, harmony and kindness. It is also said to help the yogi discover a greater self-awareness and comprehension of the universe.
We will be hosting four free to attend Ajapa meditation lectures with Cosmetic and Family Dentistry’s Abhishek Kabra.
