Unfortunately, I have had reason to visit the dentist on quite a few occasions in the past year. Each time, I have received treatment from Victoria Bell who makes an unpleasant experience as bearable as possible. Empathetic, gentle and patient, she is professional and very approachable. 10 out of 10 !

I have been going to this dentist for a long time and I have never had any problems. I normally see Emma, who was lovely and I was a little disappointed when she was no longer there however I saw Victoria who was also very lovely, and very professional. I was really pleased with the way she was with me. I do not really like visiting the dentist like a lot of people but the staff are lovely here which does make it better; I will continue seeing Victoria now on my visits.
I saw Emma as usual for my six monthly checkup which went well as I didn’t need any treatment. However, she then said she was leaving the practice at Christmas which came as quite a shock as I’ve been seeing her for all my dental needs over the last fifteen years. I first met Emma at the Beverley Road dental practice and found her extremely good with my children and followed her to Brough many years ago. When I returned to the area I went back to Emma and found the treatment perfect.She has now left the practice but I searched the Internet and found her at Highgate Dental practice in Beverley and attended today for my check up. I needed a crown replacing and wasn’t really looking forward to it. Emma was brilliant, talked me through the process and was very reassuring, but also very careful with the work. A lot of attention was given to ensuring that the temporary crown was a good fit which is more than I have had elsewhere. Overall very impressed.

I recently took my 2.5 year old for her second check up with Victoria. As most toddlers do she didn't cooperate with the request to open her mouth. Victoria was so patient, allowing her to pretend to see her dollies teeth and coming down to her level. Highly recommend Victoria.

What was considered by other dentists as being an irreparable tooth and thus was destined for removal - these lovely people took a bit of time, had a look, consulted and discussed. A while later I was walking out of their super friendly practice having had a fair amount of painless drilling and prepping performed, before receiving a very funky 3D laser scan of what was left of my troublesome molar. 1 hour later I was walking back in again to be fitted with my; made on-site, bespoke, 3D CNC machined, heat cured, laser accurate, colour-coded, unique to my gob and my gob only, perfectly-fitted crown. Not cheap, but nothing good is these days, and besides, what would you rather have, a tooth that will last longer than your head for the price of a few tanks of petrol, or a hole in your jaw? Most, in fact almost all dentists don't offer this level of treatment and procedure and therefore most, if not all dentists will tell you that the procedure you need is on the list of procedures they are kitted out to deliver. However, if you have any doubts, or you want to know what would be possible if you knew of a dental surgeon that might just have the kit and expertise that your perfectly capable 'regular' dentist doesn't have the you absolutely must give these people a ring.

Everytime I've been everyone has been incredibly friendly, from the reception staff to the dentist and hygienists. After my recent visit, even though I had only been booked for a consultation, the dentist took out my troublesome tooth there and then so I wasn't in pain any longer. The best hygienist appointment I’ve ever had. It’s been a while for me, and my experiences in the past at other practices haven’t been that positive. I was worried that it might be painful. I felt so reassured by Jodie: she explained simply and clearly what she was going to do, and completely put me at ease, whilst carrying out a great job. Thank you so much.
I've recently started using the cosmetic surgery and looking to get some work done here. The staff very friendly and down to earth with good work ethic, im feeling positive with the advice given, not only do they have all the new high tech stuff they also have plenty of experience to go with it and this is a rarity with my past experiences.

I am absolutely ecstatic with the treatment I have just received from my new dentist in Brough. He actually compares with one of my dentists from years ago, who's probably retired now, Mr John F Groombridge. I never thought I'd ever experience a dentist like Mr Groombridge, but my new dentist tops the lot.First class, pain free treatment. Not only did he glue my crowns securely back onto my implants, he actually told me why they were coming off and he made certain adjustments to rectify them, all within minutes. I am absolutely over the moon and now free from all stress that I've experienced with my last dentist, who's glued my implants back three times over the past four months, plus a big expense too. I must tell people who have had the same problem as I have because it's so worrying when dentists won't even look at your teeth as soon as you mention implants, it's annoying and unsightly having two metal spikes instead of teeth. I had my implants done ten years ago, I'm very happy with them but as soon as you have a problem, all the dentists inform you to do is go back to the person who did your implants in the beginning, very difficult when they're a million miles away, or they even recommend changing your implants. I'm grateful that my daughter recommended my new dentist, everyone at the surgery is so obliging and pleasant. I am thrilled to bits, first class service, no more worries, brilliant. My son had braces to correct his overbite and severe crookedness of his teeth but unfortunately his 'peg' tooth still let his smile down. At least, that was, until Dr Luis Queijo worked his magic! We are are thrilled with the result and my son finally has a smile to be proud of! Luis was so kind and caring. He explained everything he was doing at every stage to help my son feel at ease. It was a long appointment but it showed in the quality of the work. Thank you to Luis, his dental nurse and the helpful reception team. We had a very good experience at this dental clinic. I took my son for a reconstruction of a broken tooth, and everything went very well. The dentist was professional, patient, and made him feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The result looks excellent – you can’t even tell the tooth was broken. Just moved resently to this dentist ,recomended by my partner,He said Geethi was very thorough and gentle.And the rest of the staff friendly.Just had my second checkup and first clean and polish this week and was very pleased with both. Happy to book my next appointment.Sadly now been told that Geethi was leaving. can’t say enough good things about this dentist. I chipped my tooth right before Christmas, but they were able to fit me in at the last minute. The dentist was very knowledgeable and the whole team made me feel reassured from the moment I walked in. He took the time to explain everything and made sure i understood what my options where. My dentist is Geethi. The dental service she offers is very professional. She puts you at ease as soon as you walk in. Very lucky to have her as my practitioner. Other staff again are very professional. Would definitely recommend
Very happy with Beverly house dental they are all really friendly, they send text and email reminders for your appointment and they email your invoices which is really helpful if you have insurance. I’ve been going here a few years now and had checkups , cleans, fillings etc and always had a good experience my dentist even shows me what he has done in the X-rays and photos and explains everything thank you.

Visit yesterday for a check up. Dentist was very thorough, talked me through every aspect of the process. He had a friendly, relaxed and professional approach. He actually put me at ease straight away. He took the time to model good brushing techniques and advised on general day to day care of my teeth. I’m very thankful to my dentist for helping me identify and treat my bruxism. I didn’t realize I was grinding my teeth, and it was causing damage and discomfort. Again the staff were great. I had a reaction to the anethetic, which I have never had before, Loui and the dental nurse were fantastic. I was a little bit upset and they were really kind and attentive. The work that they did, is fabulous, I love seeing the before and after pictures. Having needed something to sort my now diminishing bottom teeth after years with gum disease and earlier rugby injuries to them now being in my 60’s and getting regular cleaning and check ups. I was loosing faith in dentistry as a whole, you see or know people who don’t even go to dentist with better teeth. Anyway these new people have taken over my existing practice and like I say teeth not getting any better so Louis my new dentist recommended removal of some front teeth and replacement with metal pallet clip to my canines /fangs which at present still intact. I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome, it early days 2 in fact but they seem great so well done to Louis and teamMy only gripe was the cost but I suppose you get what you pay for thanks again

We brought a three year old (who was scared of going to the dentist) and a one year old (who won’t let you get in her mouth) and the dentist was so good with both of them. Very knowledgable too!
This was my first visit as a new patient, I needed some additional treatment. The dentist identified the treatment I needed and actually began this straight away. I was very impressed and felt at ease. My only criticism is the wait for the follow up appointment.

I was able to take a cancellation appointment at short notice for treatment to a crown that had worked loose. The dentist recommended refitting the crown and carried this out in the appointment. The dentist also explained my options should the crown work loose again.I was very satisfied with my treatment.

Brilliant Dentist, my 7 year old is actually excited to go! Check ups all scheduled in advance with care on timings for work/school. Reminders all in advance and I have been given flexibility if needed nearer the time to move an appt, this was no problem with the friendly team booking each time. This is an excellent practice. I’m 70 years old and decided some time ago to transfer from the NHS to the ‘pay for’ sector. The NHS practice where my family had belonged was a faint image of what it had been. Whilst that transition was disturbing at the time the Dentist Patient relationship rocketed in quality and I’m really confident in both the advice and practical service that I now receive.Yesterday was an emergency appointment after a very painful tooth fracture and the evaluationof the service that I received is 10/10. The service and staff were really good and accommodating. My appointment was at 2 and the door was locked for staff lunch, so I had to wait at the door to be let in and my appointment was delayed until 2:10.
Appointment was on time, examination was thorough and the dentist was kind. Receptionist also very lovely and helpful in providing me with treatment plan options/ pricing. I don’t usually enjoy trips to the dentist but came out of this one feeling good.

They've had renovations, polished thier image, marketed themselves as a welcoming and warm family clinic. Although the technicians themselves cannot be faulted and are of a high calibre. The reception team seem to lack training and people skills. And for such a small clinic, with maybe one patient in the waiting room at a time, it should not be hard to run it professionally.
The dentist and dental nurse who saw my son JM and also removed his tooth a few days later were truly amazing. From initial meeting they relaxed my son and told him every step of the process. He now has no worries returning to the dentist. Would highly recommend this dental practice 5*
A crown fell out at same time I developed an abscess on the other side of my mouth. Although not my regular dental practice (they couldn’t fit me in) I rang and explained my situation and they booked me in the same day. On arrival I was greeted with a smile and was met by the dentist and team. After 20 minutes my crown was refitted and my abscess was dealt with. The dentist also made adjustments to my denture and gave me a lot of great advice about my teeth. The whole experience was extremely professional and caring. Highly recommend

My son was seen as soon as we arrived and had the required treatment straight away and was able to go straight back to school in a minimal window.He was also reassured when he was worried about the unknown (whether a needle would be needed and if the procedure would be painful)A great experience for a little boy who is fearful of the dentist after past experiences elsewhere.

My daughter had to have baby teeth removed prior to braces. They are so lovely and kind and my daughter who is only 11 was absolutely fine thanks to their approach.
Ive had consultation and clean/polish. Things were explained really well, staff are kind and friendly. The area is clean and promotes a calm atmosphere. I have been using Beverly house dental practice since 2008, as a friend recommended. From my experience, they are the no' 1 dentist in Hull, not just for how hygienically clean the dentist is but also for the aftercare that they provide. The receptionist could not have helped more than they did, and I want to thank the practice for helping me feel comfortable and at ease. Normally you would expect a private dentist to be expensive, but not this one; they are affordable and professional, and the aftercare is fantastic; thank you.
This dentist fitted me in , in 3 weeks, when my own dentist had cancelled everyone on their list who hasn't attended since COVID.... that adds up to many patients.The dentist I have been to over 30 years in Barton on Humber, wiped me off their list for private and NHS patients , and told me to ring 111. I didn't.I finally emailed this dentist and had my whole mouth sorted in 5 appointments.Not as expensive as people think. You have to pay something for NHS treatment , also.Top class service. Many thanks to all the staff.
I (Margaret Lyons) attended the Beverley House Family Dentistry Practice yesterday (13/12/22) for emergency treatment of a fractured tooth which had caused me an abscess. As always the staff couldn't do enough to help me. I was suffering excruciating pain. As a result I was given medication to help me with this problem until I can return for full treatment. I am already feeling much better today. I would highly recommend this practice. All the staff are really friendly, caring and helpful. Thank you 👍

The new dentist was lovely & she put me at ease & was very professional when I had my check up. As someone who is petrified of dentists, and has not been able to see one since before Covid, every single member of the staff are amazing. During the first appointment, I was shaking so much, but Holly, the team and Shelley were so understanding of my situation regarding my teeth. I'm no longer nervous about visiting them with regards to my treatment. They are all a credit to the dental services.

Implants and bridge fitting.Thankyou to Abishek and the staff at Wansbeck family dentistry on Beverley road. They have been brilliant.The staff were reassuring and very helpful.I expected that after several upper extractions, of that I would be bruised and in a lot of pain - not so, and the work was completed swiftly, infact i hardly realised that the work had finished being well stitched up (and removed two weeks later).After approx' six weeks, I returned for the implants to be inserted. Abisheck seemed very confident in his work and allowed me sufficient rests whist in the chair, between the process.I didn't feel anything, being well numbed up.On returning for the upper bridge fittingI had mentioned that I had lost a gold crown incisor. Abisheck had one inserted into the four tooth bridge, exactly where the old one was.The implant bridge fitting was tried and Abishek not being satisfied, there were return visits making sure of an exact fit.I was a little nonplussed, though was sure these were for a reason.Only then was he happy with the work.Nothing short of perfection itself.On the final return visit, checking that everything was settling down, I was finally dismissed and photos taken for the record.I can smile confidently now and had my first steak last week.Nick Garbutt

Over the years, genuinely pleasant trips to the dentist have been rare in my experience! I visit the hygienist every six months because I need to... however, this time, I received not just extremely efficient help but I found my visit both encouraging and informative. Excellent staff.
1st major appointment at this dentist, 6 more to go, only ever been used to emergency dentist’s through 111 and could not believe the quality of care and gentleness yes I was having a panic attack upon arrival but once in the chair I was give the royal treatment :) :) everybody in the building dentist’s nurses and the staff where absolutely fantastic!!!! 👍

Great dentist, great staff, and shelly is an angel. Patient and professional.Understandably a long journey to get to that end result I wanted, but throughout the patient is their priority.Been to many dentists and as everyone else, going to the dentist isn't something we like to do usualy, here at wansbeck you can be assured they will look after you from the moment you go in, until you reach your goal. Most importantly too is the after care, I must say I always feel I can ring if there is a problem and will be seen asap. They actually care you feel.Ofcourse going to the dentist isn't cheap but when you know they are giving you hopefully the ability to smile without embarrassment, eat without pain and the effect it has on your self-esteem then hopefully it's worth it.I've had root canals, extractions, crowns bridges and veneers, that's alot of work so takes time, but know one thing for sure it will all be painless, they are very good at dealing with people who have any fear from going to the dentist.Because i found it so hard to find a good dentist, and found it impossible to get in in many surgeries, I hope my experience can help someone in choosing which dentist they trust with their mouth! First visit to the practice where I was made welcome by the cheerful and friendly staff. Prior to my appointment I was asked to complete, online, my medical history and other information prior to the appointment. The dental nurse was very friendly, patient and thorough in her examination which lasted for almost an hour. Highly recommended should you need to seek treatment.On my follow-up, the dental team were again curtesy’s and respectful. The dental surgeon was excellent and very thorough in his treatment. Upon leaving, I was giving the necessary aftercare requisites and told to call them should I need any further advice or care.Excellent service.
It's very hard to find a dentist, even HARDER to find a good one! Dentists are expensive, wether privately or on the NHS, however, it's an investment, so money well spent is say. What better investment than you teeth!so I will give an honest view to help you get an idea about this surgery, services and staff.Been a patient for around 6 months now, waiting rooms are comfortable, well decorated, wether its hot or cold outside the surgery is always at comfortable temperature, and tea coffee is offered while waiting. Parking is either onsite in brough or at the side of surgery on beverley road, never had a problem parking.Had alot of work done, root canal, multiple, extractions,crowns fitted and veneers, around 27k payed till now, might seem alot but I'm assured it will be worth it.When getting that much work it takes time ofcourse to adjust and alter things to get your bite right, if getting color right and shape is of most importance, specialy if getting full set of crowns/veneers, choose carefully and when fully alert, also it takes time to get to a point to eating without discomfort but dentist will work with you to get there and they have a line for the patient to call in emergencies, very.convenient.Staff are professional and polite; always make you feel welcome, and if there's something that isn't right for you, they will address any worries promptly. I had a sinus infection, for years I struggled, the dentist solved the issue with correct treatment and within a week it was gone.I'm still waiting to get to the final result I'm happy with, how do you tell if a dentist is great? It is by their workmanship and, more importantly, how they deal with the aftercare. It's a long journey I must say; however, I'm sure it will be worth it in the end. Will post photos when the final result is achieved.Thank you guys, I'm glad I chose this surgery and can't wait to get to the end of my journey then I can finaly end years of embarrassment when smiling!!Update, I hve to say the girls that work there specialy shelly, amazingly polite, always helpful and ready always to help or listen even when you know they are too busy but always have time for their patients. Was very nervous when I went the first time .All the staff were very nice and made me feel at ease felt really comfortable the lady at the reception was very easy to talk to . After many visits I got my new implants ,so pleased with them ,thanks to the staff for making my visits so easy .
First visit to the practice where I was made welcome by the cheerful and friendly staff. Prior to my appointment I was asked to complete, online, my medical history and other information prior to the appointment. The dental nurse was very friendly, patient and thorough in her examination which lasted for almost an hour. Highly recommended should you need to seek treatment.

It's very hard to find a dentist, even HARDER to find a good one! Dentists are expensive, wether privately or on the NHS, however, it's an investment, so money well spent is say. After 18 months of treatment with Invisalign carried out by Dr Kabra my teeth look excellent. No gaps, and all my teeth are even. For the first time in over 50 years I can smile with real confidence!What impressed me was that he was determined that my teeth would be the straightest they could be regardless of how many or how long the treatment was. Thank you!
Went in to have a tooth taken out, they got me booked in really quickly and were very professional and friendly, and even charged me less than I was quoted too. I would definitely recommend

All treatments I've had have been great till now, still in treatment however, finally my fear of dentists has gone!! Not even needles bother me no more! Well... no where near as much! That's thanks to the dentist and his steady hand and gentle manner. Receptionist is great, ( apart from her choice of holiday destination lol ) Nurses are friendly, all top of the range equipment and nothing is too much.
Brilliant customer service. The receptionist were friendly and helpful. Nurse was absolutely lovely. Very nice atmosphere I felt very comfortable. Dr. Kabra excellent explained everything .I will recommend to my friends Keep up the great standards Thank you x I will definitely come back.
Excellent customer service recieved from dentist. Caring, thoughtful and delicate aswell as knowledgable. Along with, full explanation of what needed to be done and options available. First time I had met him and he was a true professional with a nice eticate.

Hopefully it will help others to not stress as badly as we did trying to get a good dentist. Will come back and update as treatment Is done. Dentist goes out of his way to fit Me in due to my impatience-Ness! Pulled out another, had vmy veneers pre view , so to speak, very happy, even if unhappy with something he would work with you patiently to get the result you want. Again great service.

Their special approach make all the difference in creating a lovely caring environment. I am looking forward to the treatment plan coming up soon. I will recommend friends. 👌My last appointment was on the 22/08/23 for continuation of the planned treatment. I was a bit apprehensive as I didn't know how I would feel after the procedure. I had another appointment in the evening. Everyone who attended to me were professional and cautious. I was able to attend my second appointment with no setbacks. Was referred by my normal dentist to Dr Kabra for a gum graft. From start to finish everyone was really friendly, profesional . I am really happy with the results from procedure and would 100% recommend
I was going to go with smile but a friend from work said to go with these guys. My teeth look great and they are working on the final few weeks to get my bite correct. I’m an electrical engineer and male enhancement coach so can vouch that the results are good and they use the most advanced scanning equipment/software. Don’t waste money with mail order bs, get it right first time.

My dad had denture made from here about years go. Recently got a crack on the denture. I was worried that it wont be repaired before xmas as we will have big meals and he will be the only one missing out, but no, surprisingly it only took a day to get it repaired!!very good service friendly staff and professional dental doctor. Recently had my wisdom tooth removed and was very nervous of the whole thing, especially the needle to numb the area. Both the Dentist and the Nurse reassured me that everything would be ok and the Dentist explained what was going to happen as well as the risks associated with the procedure. Although not pleasant, everything went well and not as bad as I expected. I was given full aftercare instructions, medication and followed up the next day with a call to make sure all was ok. In conclusion the staff were very professional but also very kind and supportive allowing me to relax in what was quite a stressful procedure. Very impressed and my thanks to the whole team.
