Everyone has bad breath at some time or other. Cigarettes, food, and even a cup of tea can turn your mouth into a problem that you want to solve.
But there is reason to smile, because small changes recommended by a dentist can help you tackle your halitosis.
- Drink more water. A dry mouth accumulates more bacteria than a well-hydrated mouth.
- Brush your teeth every time you eat. That will help keep your smile looking good and smelling fresh.
- Brush your tongue as well as your teeth. Bacteria on the tongue cause bad breath, too.
